At Cellzi, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process to make things right.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at kansaspartners@gmail.com or call 917-734-9804 to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.
  3. Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item(s) and include the RMA number inside the package. Ship the item to the following address:

Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Policy

Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Approval

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Rejection: If your return is not approved, we will notify you of the reason and may return the item to you at your expense.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  2. Contact Your Bank: There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us to arrange the exchange.
